Headline findings

234 assets (4.5%) are high-risk — every one of them flood-driven, tracing the bay/ocean waterfront: the Ferry Building, Embarcadero piers, Treasure Island, bayside wastewater plants, and a PG&E transmission line.
Lifeline facilities are essentially clear of mapped flood risk — 0 of 27 hospitals, 0 of 45 fire/EMS stations, 0 of 22 law-enforcement sites (San Francisco's hospitals sit on the hills).
Faults: the nearest mapped Quaternary trace is ~2.3 km away — the San Andreas runs offshore and through Daly City, so no buffer (200/500/1000 m) catches any asset.
Shaking is uniformly severe (0.77–1.12 g, 2%-in-50-yr PGA) — the dominant hazard for all assets, but it ranks none above another.
Biggest caveat: these HIFLD datasets carry no liquefaction layer — San Francisco's single most consequential infrastructure hazard. The flood footprint is only a partial proxy.
